Ausable River "Riverwalking Experience" Tour
Join our partners at the Ausable River Association for a river tour meant to connect your senses to the river
Discover the West Branch Ausable River from a new vantage point: wading in the river, using all our senses - sight, smell, touch, hearing and taste to discover life in and around the river up close, rekindling our sense of wonder and appreciation for water, this river and nature. Our river journey will combine an introduction to wading with guided sensor activities and free time for exploration. Guided by Helene Gibbens, Certified Nature Therapy Guide and founder of Adirondack Riverwalking. Children 10 years and up are welcome! Waders and wading boots are provided.
