As part of Winter Salt Week 2025, Lake Champlain Sea Grant and UVM Extension will host an interactive webinar for business owners and managers. Information will be shared to help business owners and managers learn more about impacts of salting to the environment and practical tips to reduce salt use on business properties while maintaining public safety. Business owners and managers will also be asked to share challenges they face in reducing use of salt and to share needs they have that, if addressed, could help them be able to reduce use of salt. This webinar will be held from 12:00 – 1:00 PM ET on Monday, January 27.
